We have an open and spacious family friendly environment where children can try out their new shoes. We have some toys to keep little ones occupied and stickers for everyone once they are done! We encourage you to bring your child with you when you are purchasing new shoes.

When you arrive they staff will offer to measure your child's feet. We will always measure both feet as many people have two different sized feet. We will chart your child's measurement as well as any shoes that you purchase. This will allow is to track their growth and will allow is to see trends in brands/styles that fit your child the best. You may be surprised to find that our staff will measure your child's feet while they are sitting. A seated measure allows us to be more consistent from one visit to the next and from one staff to the next.

Children do not stand still for very long and it is difficult to have them standing perfectly straight with equal pressure on both feet which is how a standing measure would be done properly. Not to worry though, because we will allow for foot's play when we choose the size of the shoe and we will always check the fit of the shoe while the child is standing. Our staff have been trained to feel where the foot is sitting in the shoe, which is the best way to ensure a perfect fit.
